I have so many tools, websites, and apps that I use to make my photography business successful. I like simple programs that can make my life easier. Who Doesn't?!
This is a list of some of my favorites. I hope that they can be as useful to you in your business as they are to me.
HoneyBook :
This site is really for any Wedding Vendor. I use Honey Book for everything involving my client Experience and communication. From the initial inquiry, I send all of my emails, style guides, contracts, invoices, receive payments, make timelines, send gallery links, request testimonials, etc. all through this tool. It's basically a virtual planner that keeps all of my projects organized and in one place. It is a life savor and I highly recommend getting it if you are a photographer.

LightRoom:
At only $10 a month, this is the ONLY app I use for editing my photos in post processing. I maybe use photoshop once a year for extreme mistakes like (eyes closed etc).Lightroom is all you need to achieve your cohesive look. Bonus: I use Mastin Presets with lightroom. Check those out if you love my editing style as much as I do.
Pass:
I use Pass for my client galleries. I love how easy it is to use. My clients rave about downloading photos, the organization of their events, and how easy it is to order prints, and select photos for their album. I love the quickness of uploading galleries, and organizing them.
Wix:
I use Wix for my website. It's easy to create and edit your website. I love using the blog feature & the contact forms. It has built in SEO assistance and is easy to use for me as a photographer, and my clients. It also allows me to have an email through my website which just connects EVERYTHING. This is great for any professional.
Canva:
I use canva for SO many things. It is my hub for all things marketing. Pricing guides, Instagram Post, Style Guides, Information Pamphlets, etc. It is AMAZING. It even has awesome templates that saves so much time! This is great for any professional!
