Taylor | Shreveport Sunflower Field Senior Session

Updated: Jun 23, 2020

What a beautiful summer it has been after a possibly the worst spring ever. Taylor is a 2020 graduate, and she was my last senior session from the Class of 2020. This was a bittersweet session for me. Taylor scheduled her senior session with me in March and it unfortunately was cancelled. She REALLY wanted pictures in a sunflower field so it worked out because we were able to reschedule her session right in the middle of the sunflower's blooming season. We drove out to the middle of no where in Belcher, LA to a 20 mile stretch of farm fields. The farmers plant sunflowers along the road and it is the prettiest sight when you pass them. I for sure will be chasing sunflowers again REAL soon.

We started our session off in an open field full of sunflowers, and then we drove a few miles down the road to a field with two silos, a long open road, and cornfields where we spent the rest of our time together.

Taylor was such a beautiful senior inside and out. She was full of laughter and had so much fun during our time together. Taylor graduated from West Ouachita High School in May and plans to attend nursing school in Hammond, La at Southeastern University. I am so excited that she is attending my alma mater! Lion UP!

Taylor, Thank you for choosing me to capture these gorgeous images with you and for being adventurous and going to the middle of no where to find sunflower fields!

Here are some of my favorites from Taylor's session.

XOXO,

Brittany
